Cost A Fulfillment account needs a US$75 set up. This is a one-time set up fee, for each information package-code that you purchase. The first information package-code pays a US$30 monthly fee and any other after the first one pays only US$15. You can have as many as you need. This montly cost includes the creation of the extension in our USA Toll Free line. Per each request that comes into our system, we charge a US$0.75 fulfillment fee, which covers the data entry, the database management, the packaging, the envelope and the label. To this your should add the cost of postage and of communication which is US$0.19 in the case the request comes in through our Toll Free. If the request comes in through email or regular mail, the communication cost is not billed. Additionally, you pay for the cost of the US First Class Mail: $0.34 per 1 oz, $0.55 up to 2 ozs, $0.76 up to 3 ozs. In brief, if your package weights 1 oz, the total cost per request is $1.28; if your package weights up to 2 oz, the total cost per request is $1.49; if your package weights up to 3 ozs, the total cost per request is $1.70. The cost continues to increase by $0.21 per each 1 ounce increment.
