How does it work? Fulfillment requires a contract where an account is open and a unique code is assigned to identify each information package. This account includes a cash deposit to deduct the montly charges. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of requests expected. This code will get an exclusive extension in our USA Toll Free line, an email account exclusive for information requests and an account in our USA Toll Free Fax. Also, we would warehouse your materials in our facilities to send the package as soon as it is requested. All mailings are done via USA 1^st Class Mail. Whe we receive a request, the information is keyed in an exclusive database software and the code of the package requested is assigned. Each package, in the code, has an indicator of the origin of the request. This way, you can track the results of various efforts. For example, your can have an information package about your company and receive separate reports for each médium generating the requests: your website, your international advertising, your local advertising, etc The resulting database belongs to you and it is managed by us, free of charge. Our monthly reports are printed but we can also send the database in a diskette or through email. It all depends on what your needs are. Our specialized software allows us to execute as many selections as you need within the database. You can select any selection such as: name, pone, fax, state, zip code, source, or any other variable that you had included in the database.
