Do I get to see the mailing lists to be usedr?
No. In the case of our mailing lists, you pay for the right to use tham, not to own them.

Who owns the list of replies received as a result of the mailing?
The list of replies compiled is yours and private. If you so wish, we can convert it into digital format and store a copy on our systems with a free administration and update service.

What happens with the addresses in my mailing list that have errors.
After we process your mailing list, these addresses are returned to you on disk so that you may update it or try to contact the addressees for corrections.

What additional services do I get with a Custom Mailing?
We can receive the replies to your mailing in our United States offices and can process your database.

What level of response may I expect?
In direct marketing, a 0.25% to 1% response is good and satisfactory, depending on segmentation. On Custom Mailing performed for several Costa Rican clients we have consistently achieved responses above 1%, but it all depends on the type of materials mailed and the offers made therein.
