The price of the participation depends on the weight of the piece or pieces that are sent.

As a reference point, is important that you know how weights compare. First of all, a sheet of 20# bond paper weighs 0.2 ounces or 5.75 grams. This weight equals our lowest rate. To include this sheet of paper in the Info Pack will cost you US$0.16 for each of the 6,000 addresses. This price includes the cost of the address of the agency, the mail, the envelope, the list processing, transportation and packaging. The Rate Chart varies according to the weight.

How do I figure out the cost of more than one piece?

If you need to send more than one piece, for example, three pieces in one mailing, the cost is figured out easily. Let’s say that you want to send a brochure, a rate sheet and a letter.

1. First, take all the pieces together, in this case three, and weight them. Take into consideration that one ounce is equal to 28.75 grams.
   
   
2. Once you know the weight, find the cost in the Rate Chart.
   
   
3. To the basic cost, add US$0.02 for each additional piece after the first one.
   

   Let’s say that that the 2 pieces weigh 1 ounce. According to the Rate Chart, the cost is US$0.23. To this amount, you have to add US$0.04, US$0.02 for each piece after the first one. The total cost US$0.27
