What is it?

Costa Rica Info Pack is an effective system to promote the country among the travel agencies in the USA.

The Info Pack is a consolidated mailing of promotional information with certified distribution. The consolidated mailing is done through the United States Postal Service to a database made up of three important target groups: 4,600 retail agencies in the USA that sell Central America, 600 selected wholesalers and 800 new agencies who have requested information about Costa Rica in the last year.

In its third year of operation, the Info Pack is done 4 times a year, allowing you to maintain a steady presence throughout the year at a cost that is truly accesible. The first mailing of 2003 is in Marchl. The following Info Pack is set to go on June 30th.  After that, the next mailing is in September and and the last one of the year is in December.

Your presence in this information package is a must because it allows to sep your product current with the companies that generate the reservations for this country, both at the wholesaler and retailer level. Also, these retail agencies work with a 10% commission structure which is very favorable to you.

The mailing is consolidated which means that all materials go together in the same envelope. Far from being a negative, all the materials together from different suppliers works as a magnet for the travel agent because it is a complete and more attractive offer.

A perfect example of a consolidated product are the Trade magazines except that the price is many times higher than our Info Pack. Examples of a few of these magazines are: Recommend Magazine, Travel Agent, World Travel News y JaxFax.

When buying advertising with them, you are being consolidated with other tourist companies from Costa Rica. The difference is that you are paying much more for a space where you do not even communicate one hundredth of what you can comunicate with the Info Pack.
